Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can provide you with replacement balances however, I'll need a bit more information to confirm the correct replacements.

May I please see a clearer photo of the bottom shoe? It isn't typical for a shoe to measure 1/2" in depth. Is the shoe damaged in any way? I would recommend double checking the depth of the shoe.

Just sent the picture to you. I the the shoe depth should be 9/16"

I did not receive the photo of the bottom shoe. I am not able to tell from the previous photos, however, I believe you may have the Series 351 or the Series S390 Channel Balances. This has non-winged top and bottom attachments. You'll need the 29" balance with a 2830 stamp and the 25" balance with a 2440 stamp.

It is likely your shoe is damaged or you have a different shoe than the balances mentioned above. We do not typically see shoes measuring 9/16". Compare the dimension for the bottom shoe using the diagram below, it should either be 1" or 1-1/8" as shown below. If it is different, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the bottom attachment as it could be likely you'll need custom/special order .
