To identify window channel balance

Question

I took the picture of the windown channel balance.
Based on the number and letter, is it possible to tell me which window channel balance I need to buy and replace them?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your window balance reminds me of a few different series we have. To narrow them down, I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as a photo of the spring side of the balance.

The stamp from the balance is useful but it only indicates the weight range a balance should be able to support. It can't be used to identify the series.
