To make sure I get the right balancer and window parts

Question

34 inches half inch balancer marked 33-5 has channel balance top winged
Bottom has winged balance shoe 1-3/32" depth I think.
Its over an inch I believe its a 34" series 385 channel balance.
My window weighs 28 lbs. I think its your 3350.
Please check photos and advise. Last picture looks like 5/8 sash guide for the window. It has 2 screw holes in it. I believe the product number is 18009. Please check parts and advise.Thank you

Hello! I agree that the Series 385 is very close. As long as your shoe is 1-3/32" deep then you should be good to go, but that's not something I can confirm via photos. The difference is just too subtle to eyeball. You will have to measure that shoe as carefully as you can and use your best judgement.

As for the top sash guide, the 18-009 is also very close in terms of design but once again it will come down to matching up precise dimensions. You can see detailed dimensions for our 18-009 on its store page and in the diagrams below.
