Tool Required

A contractor from Waterloo, IA says:
With this pivot lock shoe, the video shows it being used along with a spiral balance charging tool. The tilt sash that I am working with has a corded balance. Is there a special tool that is required for this disassembly and reassembly?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

You must have something like our Series 770, which has a clip on a cord that extends from the metal channel. You can use a charging tool like our 75-005 for this, too, though to be honest and kind of hook will do. Even needle nose pliers, if you can get in there.
