Tool to put tension on my springs

Dear Sir:

I have all my windows from your company, I did buy new springs but I need the tool to put the tension on the new springs, the company that did replace all the windows is now out of business, Thanks for the help,

Hey, Don. It sounds like you have spiral balances, is that correct? If so, see our 75-005 if they are non-tilt windows and our 75-006 if they are tilt windows. Make sure to only wind 2-3 times, at most.
