Question

I reordered and received part #39-448 recently.

The part (left below) is different than the part (right below) yet it has the same part number that I received in 2020. (see order history below).

The 4 columns in the new part are longer than the previous part and wont allow the window to close.

The part I received in 2020 is 9/32" deep and all the other dimensions are the same as those in your diagram

This is a mystery because the part on the right side in my photo is the part 39-448 I ordered in 2020. I know this for sure because this same part broke again.

That's odd. These parts should be interchangeable. I'm afraid we've never heard of the new version's depth getting in the way. The only other option we have is our 39-417. Look over the dimensions and see what you think.
