I'm looking to replace this TOP PIVOT BLOCK, which looks and seem to operate differently from your 23-156.
I'm guessing that If I change the Top Pivot Block, the old pivot assembly would have to be changed as well (23-248)?

Hello,
Paniflex did make changes on these parts, but we believe you just need to replace the 23-156 top pivot block. Your top pivot assembly should work with it. Thanks for posting and please let us know if you have any other questions.
