Top Roller & Bottom Track Roller

Hello! Believe it or not, I think I know what you need even without removing the door. The bottom roller is easy, that's an older version of our 23-041. I believe our newer model will still work in your door, but look it over and let me know if you agree.

I'm less certain about the top roller. I think that could be something like our 23-222C, but only if someone took out the internal part of our roller and installed it without an outer housing. I'm not sure if you'd be able to get our 23-222C to work on your door, or how that'd even be done, but I think it may be our best match.

That is very helpful, yes. The top roller is definitely a match for our 23-222C, but like I said it almost looks like the installers removed the inside portion of the roller and installed that, discarding the outer housing.

We can only sell these with the outer housing. I'm not sure how you could get that to mount on your frame, unfortunately. It may be possible but I'm afraid I cannot advise you on how that would be possible.
