Hello! I recognize this top sash guide. I don't believe it's made anymore but you should be able to use our 18-171 as a substitute. You'll note right away that the top part is a lot taller than your original, though, so it will be necessary to cut it down to get it to fit. As long as you can do that then I think it should work just fine.
