I am in need of ordering new parts for some windows. I have the channel balance, and stamped on it reads "27 3 BSI". it measures 28" long.
I believe the correct channel balance is: 28" Series 380 Channel Balance, Product Code: S380-28.
I cannot locate a similar Top Sash. I have attached a photo of the top sash and a drawing with the best measurements i could get. If needed, I can also send a photo of the top sash in the window.
