Top Sash Channel Balance Guide

Question

Hi,

The picture of the installed piece is a working piece. The picture of the one that is removed is a broken piece. It is a 5/8" top sash channel balance guide. From top to bottom, it measures 1 3/4". Do you have this piece or something that would work in its place?

Thanks for all your help. I purchased 4 series 390 channel balances last week from you all and fixed 2 windows that haven't worked in years.

Hello,

I understand that the length of the guide is 1-3/4" and the base width is 5/8", but what is the distance from the top of the guide to the mounting screw for the left and right? With this information, we should be able ro point you in the right direction.
