Top Sash Channel Balance Guide

I'm looking for a top sash guide from a Jeld-wen sash window from 2001. It is 1 1/2" long by 5/8"wide. Please see photos for other dimensions. I very much appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you!

Many thanks for your post. Your exact Milgard Top Sash Guide is no longer made, but the 18-009 may work as a substitute. The dimensions match up nicely, with the sole exception of the "trim" on the top end of the guide. You'll have to cut that down with a utility knife in order to get the clearance necessary for installation. Make sure to wear safety gloves when you do this, just in case, and note that products cannot be returned for a refund after being altered in this way. Let us know if you have further inquiries.
