Top Sash Channel Balance Guides

Attached are photos of the window in question. one photo shows the left side with the channel guide intact. the other photo shows the missing guide which I guess popped out with the balance. They are triple pane windows from Canada. The code on the glass says CMHC 9208. Can you please tell me the proper sash guide to order?

Thanks for reaching out! To determine the best possible replacement for your top sash guides, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged one removed from the window. Unfortunately, I am unable to identify them based on the code from the window.
