On model 18-061, what is the distance from the top base to center of screw hole?

The distance I believe you are looking for is 1/4". I measured from the screw hole to just below the cap. I redid the product photo for the 18-061, so if you go back to the 18-061 product page and refresh your browser you will see the new image with measurements. You will see the 1/4" measurement I took, so you can make sure it is in fact the measurement you are after.
