A quick learner from Apache Junction AZ 85119 says:

Need to get a replacement part this one has a broken out screw hole which ones allow it to be applied and used so we have to get new ones I ordered some last week but they sent the wrong ones so I'm including pictures and sizing description please help, thank you I need this done ASAP
