Thanks for posting! Your top sash guide looks a lot like our 18-044. Although, it does have some slight differences in the design and there may be slight differences in the measurements. Look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing top sash guide to determine if this may be a fit for you.

Our 18-111 may also be worth considering as a replacement as well, however, I do believe our 18-044 would be the best place to start.
