Does the 18-127 top sash guide work with the Series 380 Channel balance with the 19-005 top? I do not have an original part to compare.

Yes, the Series 385 can work with the 18-127 top sash guide, but keep in mind that the 18-127 can work with many different balances and that the Series 385 can work with many different top sash guides. There isn't really a correlation between the balance and the top sash guide, it depends more on the window. You may also have the 18-044, 18-166, or 18-180.
Without having the original top sash guide handy, there's no way to know for certain what will work for you. I would check for an identical window elsewhere in the house that you can use as reference.
