Top Sash Guide

I purchased Product Code: 18-178 thinking it was an exact match. However, the only way it appears to fit is with portion with the wool pile on the wrong side. The over all size fits, but it does not work. Is there a better match?

I'm afraid I haven't been able to find a closer match to your older top sash guide. Could you show me a picture of your old top sash guide and the top sash guide you purchased from us side-by-side? That would be a huge help, thank you.
