I purchased from Swisco 27" Series 380 Channel Balance and now need the Top Sash Guide for the same windows, I have atta hed pictures.

Thanks for posting. Take a look at our 18-166. Compare the dimensions to your old Top Sash Guide to see if this matches what you need.
