Top Sash Guide

A home owner from Ripon says:
Hello,
I just installed the S390-30 : 30" Series 390 Channel Balances that is just purchased from you. The series is stamped 2930 on the balance channel. While installing, the balance twisted out is the window when I went down. I looked at the sash and saw the guide had been broken for a long time. When researching for a replacement, I was unable to identify which one I need. I'm sure you will be able to figure it out right away lol. The windows were made by Atmos Corporation which I am pretty sure is now defunct. I appreciate the help.

Best Regards,
Eric

See our 18-171 top sash guide. Our part is missing the flat "cap" on top. However, we don't believe this small difference is important, so long as the dimensions otherwise align. Take a look and see what you think.

Thank you for the help!! I did the measurements and the top sash guide you provided should work. I placed a new order and I appreciate the help!
