I recently purchased a pair of S390-29 that worked great on one window but when I tried it on the other window I noticed that the sash guide was damaged. I need some help trying to identify it.I included some pictures as followed.

Thanks for posting. I'm glad to hear that our S390-29 worked out so well! For the top sash guide, you may want to look at our 18-166. Does that look like a possible match?

Thank You Paul for the response and it seems like the 18-166 will do the job.
On a side question, how do I find out what size of channel balance I am needing if the window in question does not have the old channel balance and is not the same size as the other windows.

That's always a very tricky situation. If you want, tell me the height of the visible glass for that window sash as well as the sash weight. I may be able to come up with something for you.

Paul,
Ok, I was able to find one of the channel balance hidden in the window. It has 2230 stamped on the side.I know i am going to need the S390-22" but not sure about the option.
As for the top sash guide, looking a little closer at the 18-166, it does not seem as wide as the one that came of the window( I included more drawings with the dimensions). If you look at the "profile one" its 1/2" thick, my concern is that it will not push down the channel balance when it is attached to the window. Please let me know if i am correct or it will not matter.
Thank You
Miguel

Hmmm. I see what you mean. How about our 18-009? That seems a bit closer.
