Top Sash Guide?

I need two parts for my window. Attached are two pics. I believe they are called Top Sash Guides but I can't find the ones I want on your site. Can you help?

Attached are additional images of the top sash guides. These are undamaged and were taken off of another window. I will need two more for a window that is missing both of these guides.
