Top Sash Guide

Question

My sliding up/down front window in my house was not working properly. I removed the window and noticed the plastic top sash guide was damaged. I'm the original owner and the house was built 25 years ago. I checked your website but did not see a part similar to the one I need. Do you have a replacement part with my dimensions. I'll attach a picture to this email.

Unfortunately, we do not carry your exact top sash guide but you can use the 18-171 as an alternative. You'll note that the top portion is a lot taller than yours. It will still work but you need to use a utility knife to cut that top part down to size so that you have clearance. If you do this, just make sure to wear gloves and take all necessary safety precautions. Thanks for posting!
