Top Sash Guide

Hello,

I have enclosed some pictures of top sash guide from our window. Need replacement parts.

The dimension are (inches)
vertical height is 1 3/4
width 5/8 the portion which goes into the side of the window and not visible
on the side view the thick portion on the top half is 3/8
on the side the thickness at the bottom half is 1/8
the top flat rectangular portion is 27/32 by 19/32

Looking also for the channel block top guide the channel block has number 2910 on it.
The window latch has name "ALCAN"
