5/8 Top Sash Guide with 3/4 screw hole from top. I believe they are your 18-033 and i believe the windows are 390 Series cause the channel balance are 1 and 1/8 inch at the bottom.
Gonna need to return the sash guides i ordered. And will need channel balance for the 390 series in a few different sizes
Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to confirm if the 18-033 and the Series 390 are the correct replacements for your hardware without seeing photos. I'll need to see the balances removed from the window, specifically the top and bottom attachments and I'll need to know the exact length of the metal channel.
To confirm the replacement for the top sash guide, I'll need to see a photo of it, from a front facing view.
