I just ordered and received from you some S385 channel balances, and came to find out most of my top sash guides are broken. I found a couple of these 2-1/4" guides on your website, but not an exact match. Your 18-008 doesn't have the stepped back, and your 18-171, which is the closest match, doesn't have the wide plate at the top. Please help.

Hello,
I agree that your photos look a lot like the 18-171 Top Sash Guide, except that our part is missing the flat "cap" on top. We don't believe this small difference is important, as long as the dimensions otherwise match. Take a look and let me know if you have any other questions.
