I have this part which is very similar to your 18-129. Do you have one exactly like in the photos or will your 18-129 work. The measurements are almost exact, maybe 1/8" smaller or larger but mine has a screw hole on the part below the top. I could not find any numbers, logos or brand name on the window. Thank you.

Thanks for posting! The 18-129 Top Sash Guide appears to be the closest replacement match we have to your existing sash guide. I do see the differences between your part and ours but I still believe it could work for your repairs.
Be sure to double check and compare the dimensions to confirm.
