Please confirm the correct replacement part. I have non-tilt windows and have recently replaced all the channel balances, S 390-24 w/ shoe 15-001 (1 1/8 inch shoe).

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the top sash guide shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. If you could show us an intact version removed from the other side of the sash or an identical window, we can go from there. Thank you!

I've uploaded 4 pictures of an intact version. Also, it was difficult to unscrew the single screw and I stripped the first two screws trying to take out an intact top sash guide. Will the replacements come with new screws? Thanks,
