Top Sash Guide

Recently I ordered Series 350 29" side load channel balance for non-tilt window sash specifically part number 2830. I find I now need a couple of Top Sash Guides to help keep the channel balance behind the window. I have attached several pictures with measurements. Can you help me in identifying the needed part. I appreciate you help and this handy website.

It's hard to tell what you have without seeing an undamaged version of this top sash guide, but start with our 18-009. Could this work? Carefully compare our information and dimensions to your own part to confirm.

Last week I ordered eight top sash guides 18-009. They are not going to work because the screw holes do not line up. They do fit down into the top of the window area. I have removed a complete top sash guide and have attached pictures. The first two pictures show what does fit. The third picture is what was ordered. The third has two screw holes verses the original. The fourth picture gives a comparison between the original and what was ordered. The head of the original appear slightly larger. The length of the original is slightly shorter. Can we try again with a second recommendation.

Hey, Larry. I'm afraid we only received one picture, and I can only see that the head is a little smaller. Is there any way we can see an entire undamaged version of this top sash guide? Can you also give me your dimensions as compared to the 18-009? These measurements can get very specific and I cannot tell what yours are based on just the tape measurer.

I will try sending the attachments for the third time. I do not know what is happening. There should be four photos showing size, of sides and length.

Hey, Larry. Thanks again for your patience. I'm afraid we haven't been able to find this exact top sash guide. Our 18-166 is similar, but not exact. This may be the closest match we currently carry. Could you find a way to get it to work in your window?
