I am looking for a top sash guide for an Alenco Series 380 double pane aluminum window (pictures attached).
None of the pieces associated with Series 380 channel balance look correct.
2730 is stamped on the 28 inch channel Balance.

For the older model Alenco window, other customers have used our 18-009 with no problem. I would just recheck your balance fittings to make sure that The S380-28 is a match. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom. Another possible consideration is the S395-28, which comes with the 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom. Either way, I'd recommend the 2730 stamp option.
