Hello, can you please help me identify a top sash guide for these aluminum windows, I looked all over the internet and couldn't find a match, the closest is found was the 18-065. The channel balance in this window is a 2130 BSI.

I found one sash guide that was not broken 5/8 wide, 1 13/16 tall, 9/16 deep. Single hole is 11/16 from the top of the part

Unfortunately we are not able to provide an exact match for your original guide. We believe the window balance hooks on the middle extended ledge of your top sash guide. Our 18-008 nylon top sash guide, even though it is nylon should work. You would line up the top sash guide under the sash top rail and place the sash screw through the elongated hole. The width is 5/8" and depth is 9/16" like yours. Take a look to see what you think!
