Top Sash Guide Help

Hi, I am looking for top sash guides that match the dimensions of the one in the photos. I'm having trouble finding one that would be a good match. Are there any you could recommend as a replacement? I previously purchased the 18-138 Top Sash Guide, 3/4 but that ended up not fitting my windows.
