Thanks for posting! There is chance that we can supply you with a replacement top sash guide for your window and the measurements are extremely helpful. However, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged guide to determine the correct replacement.

Are you able to provide a photo of the undamaged hardware?

I'm happy to help and thanks for the photos. Your top sash guide looks a lot like our 18-178 Channel Balance Guide Pair. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing guide to confirm. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.
