Top Sash Guide Replacements

Hi,
I'm currently trying to replace all the sash guides in my house as a lot of them are broken and don't hold the balance anymore. I know the specs of the guides I need but am not sure which piece will be the best fit. I was unable to find any markings or identifiers on the sash or the guides.
The top of the guide is 7/16" deep and 15/16" wide, the body of the guide is 3/8" deep and 9/16" wide, and it's 1 1/2" tall. Crucially, the hole in the sash guide where the screw is meant to be is a full inch below the top of the guide.
Any idea which piece would fit best here? The generic Prime-Line one from Amazon fits in the sash, but the screw hole is too high and doesn't line up with the one on my sash. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
