I'll be purchasing a pair of:

25" Series 390 Channel Balance

option: 2410

but I also need the "top sash guide" for such channel balances. I'm including the photos of the "top sash guide" that I need. Could you provide me with the top sash guide "code" so I can order it? Thanks.

Unfortunately, I can't be sure of the correct replacement for your top sash guide based on the balances that your window uses.
