I need help to purchase window top sash guide, the one I need was not available from Swisco website, please see attached drawing?

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact match for the type of top sash guide you are searching for as your isn't made anymore, however, our 18-009 or our 18-188 might be worth considering as a replacement.

Keep in mind, you will need to trim down the edges from the top of the 18-009 to install them. So please be aware that any altered parts are non-returnable.
