Top Sash Guide needs Identified

Question

I just bought balances from you. Went to install them and discovered the top sash guides broken on the windows that won't stay open. Balances may not have been the issue for me. Please advise what guide/lock I need for my windows. (See attached pictures) Thank you.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. It is difficult to tell the dimensions while the guide is still installed in the sash. But take a look at our 18-166 to start. Carefully compare the dimensions with your old part and see if you think it's a match.
