Also need to know if you sell the top frame piece that these guides screw in to holding frame together.

I'm afraid we've never been able to find a good match for this top sash guide. The closest we have is our 18-052 but review our dimensions and compare them to yours to see what you think.
Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement frames. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
