Thanks for posting. Take a look at our 18-009 Top Sash Guide. Go over the dimensions and see if, besides the bottom tabs, it otherwise matches your old guide. We've seen guides with those bottom tabs before, and we don't think they're particularly important. So long as the Top Sash Guide can fit securely in the window, that's all that really matters. Let me know if the dimensions match the 18-009.
