I'm afraid that I don't recognize this top sash guide. We've been trying to hunt down a good match but so far haven't had any luck. I just want to let you know we haven't forgotten you. Please give us a little more time to exhaust all of our options and we'll get back to you ASAP.

We still have not heard back regarding a replacement part.

We apologize for the long wait. We really don't have enough detailed measurements of your top sash guide to go off of, so for now, take a look at our 18-159P as a possible substitute. This part is only available in the color white. Review our measurements carefully to see if it will work. If not, get back to us with the measurements of your part and we will see what other options may be available.
