A contractor from fall river, Massachusetts says:

Top Sash Pivot Bar for window.

the original existing part is the one with the 1054 inscription.

We ordered a new part from swisco.com however the part that we receive has the 8554 inscription which does not fit.

I will like to order the part with 1054 incription

Sorry to hear the 26-400 Pivot bars didn't work for you. 'Inscriptions' are generally not always reliable for identifying replacement hardware. The dimensions are what matter most; for pivot bars, the distance between the center of the mounting hole(s) and the pin that fits into the pivot shoe, as well as the shape of the pin, are what matter. See the 26-412. Look over the dimensions and see if you reckon this is a better fit.
