Top Sash guide

Question

I have purchased wrong top sash guides twice. 18-009 and 18-166. order#1340665 and 1496543. I pieced together a broken guide and the dimensions are:
Top=1" wide
screw holes from top= 1/4" and 1"
hook from top= 3/4"
shaft=1/2" wide
length=1 5/8"

the original channel balance was marked 26E. I replaced it with S385-27.
Problem is that window won't fully close. about 1/4" to go.
What do you recommend?

I'm afraid that I can't recommend a top sash guide based on dimensions alone. If possible, I'd like to see a picture of an undamaged version. Seeing it from the front and from the side would be a huge help.
