Hello again! I'm not so sure about this top sash guide. It's very odd. It looks like you have an extra screw tab on top. I've never seen this kind of setup. is there any way we can see an undamaged version removed from the window? Can you also tell me what your measurements are? I cannot determine what your size is based on that tape measurer. Top sash guide dimensions are pretty specific, so I will need you to carefully measure each aspect and tell me what you come up with.
