I am having trouble locating a top sash guide to match this design. Help please.

It looks like the screw hole at the bottom is elongated to receive either a right or left screw hole. With that in mind, our 18-142 top sash guide might work. It looks very similar to yours even though all the dimensions don't match. See what you think.
