Here is an image from the internet of the sash guide I need.  Unfortunately it does not include a part number or model that is searchable on the internet.

I've received your picture, but we don't have anything in this style. Could you show me a photo of your actual top sash guide out of the window? I'd like to see a picture of it from the front and another from the side. Think of these photos like a mug shot. That might give us a clue as to what you can use as a replacement.
