Top Sash guide and Balance.

A quick learner from Portland, Oregon says:
Do you have something similar? This is in a 1993 Alpine window(s) - I unfortunately did not quite measure the length of the balance - but the Sash Guides are urgent!
Thanks
Matt

Bob from SWISCO responded:

For your Top Sash Guides, see our 18-171 Alpine guides; I believe these are what you need. If you need to replace the channel balances as well, we need you to remove one from the window and show us pictures of the nylon fittings at either end. Many thanks.

Thanks so much! Ordered my Top Sash Guides - Will follow up with balances and photos - - some windows are different sizes . . .
Thanks again!

Perfect. See either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640.
