We recently ordered some sash guides from you using the examples on you web site. They are not exactly like the ones we need. I have sent you pictures of what we have and what we got from you. Hopefully you can see the deference between them. The one thing that definitely is different is that ours has a sharp edge that holds the channel balance in place. We picked the one of yours because the size was the closest. Looking at the rest of the examples you have, nothing matches. Do you have others? What do you suggest?
