Top Sliding Mirror Door Guide

Question

I need to replace the Top Sliding Mirror Door Guides on 2 sliders that our rather large dog ran into. Please note that the cental pillar (Nave) from the top of the white plastic guide to the bottom of the brass measures 2 3/16" long. the White plastic rectangular portion itself measures13/16" W by 1 3/16" L, NOT including the plastic "wing" entenders on either side.  Please note that the White plastic guide can extend up or down approximately 1/2".  The brass "transit" portion with the pre-drilled attachment holes measures 2" across. Do you have a recommended replacement?  If so, I'd like to buy four (4). Thanks so much.  Website would not allow me to attach photos.  Happy to forward photos to an email if one can be provided.
