Thanks for posting. At first glance this Top Sash Guide looks like it might be our 18-009 or 18-166, but I cannot be certain. Many different guides can work with many different balances. Compare the dimensions below to your old guide and let me know if either option is the right match. If not, tell me how the dimensions of your guide differs and please provide clear 'mugshot' pictures of the front and side, as shown below.
