Top arm of a casement window

Question

This is came off the top of a casement window left side looking out. The pen is pointed to the other arm pivot that is rusted off. The metal part is 6 3/16 long, 4 screws held it in. HG04 2017U is stamped on the metal part.

Hello,

Your photos show part of a casement window hinge. The 36-048 would be a good place to start, but the length of the hinge base that attaches to the window sill would be the determining factor. If yours is 10" long as shown below, you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
